My journey into this work began long before I knew what to call it.
For much of my life, I was building in the physical world.
I ran my own construction business and property development company in London, building businesses, properties and a life around me.
But alongside that life, there was always another calling.
A calling to understand people.
To understand what sits beneath behaviour, identity, success and the stories we tell ourselves.
In 2013, that calling became conscious.
My first experience with Ayahuasca opened a door I could no longer close. It challenged the way I understood myself, my beliefs and the life I was creating.
Then, in 2016, travelling to Peru intensified that journey.
Immersing myself in the traditions, ceremonies and wisdom of Sacred Earth medicines began to show me something I continue to explore today:
Transformation isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about reconnecting with what has always been there.
Over the years, my work has evolved into two connected paths.
One is conscious work — helping people identify the patterns, beliefs, identities and experiences that continue to influence how they live.
This became the foundation of my Knots & Threads Method — a framework I developed to help people trace the threads running through their lives, identify the knots where those patterns began, and bring awareness to what may be shaping them today.
The other is experiential.
Working with Sacred Earth medicines, ceremony and shamanic energy practices, creating spaces where people can step outside their usual patterns and explore themselves from a different perspective.
I don’t believe people are broken and need fixing.
I believe life can create layers.
Expectations.
Conditioning.
Roles.
Protection.
Patterns.
And sometimes, beneath all of those layers, there is still a part of us waiting to be remembered.
This is why I created Detox Nation.
Not as another wellness trend.
Not as a promise to fix you.
But as an invitation to look at what you’re consuming, carrying, tolerating and becoming — mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Because detoxification isn’t simply about what you remove from the body.
It’s about what you are willing to become conscious of.
My work today sits at the intersection of awareness, experience and reconnection.
The structured and the spiritual.
The conscious mind and the deeper self.
Modern understanding and ancient wisdom.
And ultimately, the same calling that has been with me for years remains:
To work with people.
To ask better questions.
To create space for awareness.
And to help people reconnect with themselves.
Because transformation begins with awareness.
